How do I clean my cache?

    Thanks for the response.
    Here is a link to my Vod, type "canlas" for password.

    The response from my iPhone is somehow variable. I open this morning and it's instant. I opened few minutes ago and it is slow. I am in the same site as this morning so I don't think it's the cell connection. Also, my clients are complaining that it is not viewable anymore in their iPhones. Btw I updated 2 days ago my iPhone to the latest version 8.4.1 if that helps

    Sorry for the delay, although account specific issues like this are generally better fielded through our support chat in the lower right on the main site.

    Anyway, playback for me was fine on our iPad mini here. Do you know what the bitrate of the file is? Also, for your clients, were the able to watch before on their iPhone and now are not?
